Temporary Updated Deposit and Transferring Policies due to Covid-19

Because of the uncertainty of when Canada will let us pass through to Alaska and the timing of the end of the Covid-19 spread we have put this policy in place for May departures.

  • Passengers booked on any 2020 voyage departing on May 23 or May 30 can transfer all deposits to an adventure that is the same itinerary through October 2021.  Please advise us as to your plans by April 30, 2020.

Currently at this time for all other departures June-October we have implemented a flexible deposit and transferring policy.

  • The window of flexible deposits and transferring to another departure is 45 Days prior to your current departure. You may transfer to an open trip in 2020 or book the same adventure itinerary in 2021 without penalty. All future deposits related to 2020 transfers or current bookings that have been booked prior to March 20, 2020 will not be due until 30 days prior to departure.
  • Once we start operating, Sea Wolf Adventures will revert back to our normal policies. Deposits for 2020 will be due 30 days prior to adventure departure.

PLEASE SHELTER IN PLACE

One way that I am finding this to be tolerable is to consider this as a retreat; as was suggested to me by a wise person.  It is very important to honor the intelligence of your, and your loved one’s, fears and to meet them with gentleness, compassion and mindfulness.  Take time to nourish yourself through reflection, meditation (if that is your practice), learning something new or finishing that which you never have time for (my broken drawer pulls are beckoning). Connecting online with those you love and care about through many free apps can lift the sense of isolation and strengthen your community. Please help where you can.

Thank you, our valued Sea Wolf Adventurers; for the strength I know you are lending to the world.

Be safe,  Kimber and the Sea Wolf Crew
